Among Regional Roads Victoria (RRV) proposed plans for San Remo are reclaiming a section of Western Port Bay to allow for a four-lane road; a set of traffic lights at Back Beach Road, with new access onto Marine Parade; and safer access at Bergin Grove with the removal of the right-turn onto Phillip Island Road.
