Seniors book their place in the Grand Final
The win was an exciting reward for a side that has shown plenty of determination.
Phillip Island’s Seniors are through to the Grand Final after a thrilling 52-point win over Inverloch-Kongwak.
It was a great team effort from the Bulldogs, with every player contributing to an impressive performance when it mattered most.
The Island looked too quick for Inverloch- Kongwak at times, using their speed and pressure to great effect and continuing to build as the game went on.
There was plenty on the line for Phillip Island, who have had to fight their way through every week of the final’s series with their season on the line.
Each final has effectively been a knockout, but the Bulldogs challenge and have now earned themselves a well-deserved place in the Grand Final.

They now face Nar Nar Goon in what promises to be a tough Grand Final contest, but after the way the Bulldogs have fought their way to this point, they will head into the game with plenty of confidence and a great chance to finish the season with a premiership.

Unfortunately, the Under 18s’ season came to an end with a loss to Tooradin Dalmore.
The young Bulldogs fought hard and began to mount a comeback, but ultimately left their run too late.
