Rural Women’s programs extended
The application period for both the 2023 Rural Women's Network Leadership and Mentoring Programs have been extended to 5pm on February 27.
Both programs will encourage and empower participants to have an active voice and role in the agriculture sector.

Women of Colour Executive Leadership Program
Applications are open for the Women of Colour Executive Leadership Program.
The program will support 20 diverse women – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women – to upskill and navigate barriers and also help women to complete an individual strategic challenge project and improve their board capabilities.
Applications to join the program are now open until February 28. The program will run from May. www.vic.gov.au/women-colour-executive-leadership-program
Solar power help
The state government’s Solar Homes Program continues and eligible households can access a $1400 rebate to install solar panels, a further $1400 interest free loan, and a further rebate of up to $1000 to replace their hot water system.
Another round of the $250 Power Saving Bonus can also be accessed before this winter.
