Smiths Beach store’s liquor licence curbed
“Smiths Beach is unique,” says the objector to the VCAT case. “The town’s store is surrounded entirely by residential properties. I can think of no other community in Bass Coast Shire where there is a liquor licencee surrounded by homes.”
