After a week off the girls knew that they had a challenge ahead, coming up against a strong Nar Nar Goon outfit on their home court.

The opposition got off to a strong start putting the girls onto the back foot right from the beginning however, after a few swaps on court the girls started to show some improvement and weren't going to let the Goon get away with it easily.

The island stuck with them throughout the second and third quarters. The girls continued to fight right until the very end however, Goon were too strong, kicking clear in the last quarter.

The girls look forward to going again next week in a hood hit out against Cora Lynn.
