Superbike event at Phillip Island
Round one of The Australian Superbike Championship will kick off at Phillip Island before heading to other circuits for subsequent rounds.
From February 19 to 21 Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit will play host to the mi-bike Motorcycle Insurance Australian Superbike Championship and Oceania Junior Cup.

They are predicting this year to be a fierce competition with lots of upcoming riders and new teams.
The Oceania Junior Cup is running alongside the superbikes with 20 riders from the ages of 11 to 15.
The youngest rider joining the paddock is 11-year-old Elijah Andrew from Marayong NSW, with the eldest being newcomer Tate McClure (15) from Mitre, Victoria, and the first Tasmanian competitor, 11-year-old Oliver Skinner from Brighton.
The junior cup acts as a springboard to larger international events for the young riders.
“We will have six strong ASBK (Australian Superbike) classes of competition from our junior road racing academy – The Oceania Junior Cup – right through to Australia’s fastest two wheel riders in the Superbike class. We can’t wait to see the 2021 ASBK Championship fire into action next month,” said ASBK management.
Headlining ASBK will be the Kawasaki Superbike class with Australia’s premier riders attempting to dethrone 2020 ASBK Superbike Champion, Wayne Maxwell.
