The Bass Coast Sustainability Festival is back
Don’t miss the 2026 Bass Coast Sustainability Festival,
Don’t miss the 2026 Bass Coast Sustainability Festival, a free, family-friendly celebration of community, creativity and caring for our environment, this Saturday, March 7 at Blue Gum Reserve in Cowes.
The festival is designed for curious kids (and their grown-ups) and welcomes everyone, whether you’re living sustainably or just starting to ask a few questions about how you can do things a little differently … and do them well.
At its heart, the Sustainability Festival is about making big ideas feel simple, practical and fun. It’s a day to explore, learn and connect with the community groups that protect our Bass Coast’s naturally beautiful environment.
Activities include a presentation by Bass Coast Landcare Network – Rabbit Control and Biolinks, Animals of Oz, CFA and SES vehicle display, tour of the PICAL community garden, an artwork installation by local artist Ellen Taylor, and live performances on the main stage.
There’s food and drink onsite, as well as 15 community group stallholders.
