The Phillip Island Red Pups travelled over to Leongatha, where they competed in a qualifying final against Phillip Island Blue.
Both teams played incredibly well, proving why they were both placed top two of the ladder this season; an exceptional effort.
The game for the Red boys started strongly, with a few quick goals putting them in the lead.
They held this lead for three quarters of the game, in what was a very hard contest.
Unfortunately, Blue took the lead from them in the last few minutes.
Well done Red, and good luck next week in their elimination final against Inverloch.
