A Maze'N Things was buzzing recently as the South East Melbourne Phoenix brought NBL basketball excitement to the venue as part of the summer school holiday program.

Families turned out in droves to meet the four NBL players - Phillip Island's Patrick Ryan and teammates Akech Aliir, Ellis Biggar and Daniel Foster - with kids lining up for jersey signings, photos and plenty of high fives.

The relaxed meet and greet style event gave young fans a rare chance to interact with professional athletes in a fun and welcoming setting.

"The day formed part of A Maze'N Things' sponsorship of the South East Melbourne Phoenix," a spokesperson for the attraction said.

"The growing number of basketball fans in the area was evident as the player visit was super popular, with an awesome atmosphere felt across the venue throughout the day."

Following the success of the basketball visit, A Maze'N Things shows no signs of slowing down as school holidays continue.

The attraction remains in full swing with a packed program designed to keep kids entertained and families smiling.

Magic shows with Morgan the Magician are running Wednesday to Friday, offering live performances that have quickly become a holiday favourite.

A colouring competition is also underway, alongside all the classic A Maze'N Things attractions including the giant maze, puzzles, illusions and outdoor activities.
