7.30am: Multiple lanes closed on Phillip Island Road near Punch Bowl Road, San Remo, due to collision.
7.35am: Due to an accident at Punch Bowl (San Remo), Phillip Island Road is closed in both directions (for traffic coming on and off the island).
VicTraffic says there is heavy congestion in both directions, so best to avoid the area if possible.
