The land at 34 Bingley Crescent – whose owners want it to be included in Ventnor’s town boundary – is described as “Ventnor West”. Over a decade ago Miley Cyrus tweeted to her 2.5 million followers, opposing the subdivision of the land: “Phillip Island is such a magical place, it would be a shame to see it change.”
