Yackatoon Guest House — Yackatoon Guest House: Yackatoon, in Bass Avenue, was built as a private home by Mr and Mrs Jack Anderson who came to the island in 1919. It became a guesthouse boasting a tennis court, croquet lawn and bowling green and operated as a guest house until the 1980s.
