Saturday’s elimination final was a view into the future of the bulldog’s netball, and it is exciting.
Despite the loss on the final scoreboard, the team held it to Tooradin for three and a half quarters with scores level at six minutes to go.
A season’s worth of training under head coach, Christie Edwards came together at the right moment.
Every player executed their role to precision and with fire.

It was a physical battle between a very experienced senior Tooradin and a talented young Bulldogs that had Tooradin panicked at three quarter time.
The goaling duo of Lily Mewett and Ella Duggan turned it on for their crowd, with their athleticism and accuracy.
Play of the year was executed by Charlie Ross with a laser like bounce through the opposition into Lily Mewitt for a goal at clutch time.
It was best on court for every play this week and the real win was the excitement for what 2023 will bring.
