Dance for all ages

Phillip Island Dance Studio is a vibrant, community school that has been teaching students of Phillip Island and Bass Coast for 25 years.

We nurture friendship, creativity and teamwork, inspiring every student to be their best and gain confidence.

Our experienced and qualified dance teachers provide high-quality dance tuition grounded in strong dance pedagogy, to help each child reach their full potential.

Through dance our students develop focus, discipline and determination, skills that support them well beyond the studio.

Many go on to achieve outstanding results in their academic pursuits, while others have continued into performing arts.

Our alumni have been accepted into prestigious programs such as The Australian Ballet School ITP, VCASS, VCA, Deakin University performing arts and performed professionally in productions like Disney's Beauty and The Beast and Chunky Move contemporary dance company.

We offer a wide range of classes from our specialty designed preschool program from 18 months through to adults.

Our curriculum includes jazz, contemporary, modern and lyrical styles with a strong focus on classical ballet, also providing a pre-pointe and pointe program.

Phillip island Dance Studio is proud to offer fun, creative and social classes that emphasise age appropriate, safe dance practices and injury prevention for young students for both recreational enjoyment, or for students wanting to study dance vocationally.

Class prices range from $9.50 to $13.50 per session with affordable costume hire for our end of year stage performances held annually in Cowes.
