On October 10, the annual Daniher's Drive for FightMND, is coming to San Remo.

Close to 250 cars have registered for the drive, which aims to raise awareness and funds for the fight against motor neurone disease (MND). It's a major fundraiser for FightMND, the charity established by former AFL player and coach Neale Daniher.

The drive is expected to arrive in San Remo around 4pm.

The drive then heads out to the Phillip Island Go Karts on Saturday morning (October 11), before departing for the final destination in Torquay.

The community can also support the cause by buying a ticket in the Daniher's Drive Jayco raffle.

You could win a Jayco Discovery Caravan (valued at $85,990). Tickets are $40 or three for $100 and are available at raffletix.com.au or via the FightMND website.

Entries close October 26 at 11.59pm and the winner drawn on October 27 at 12pm.

Donations can also be made at all Chemist Warehouse stores throughout October.
