Tough round with many people away.

Matilda Trew stepped up and played both ends of the court and did a fantastic job.

Chloe Kalas brought some high energy and experience to the goal ring.

Nikki Williams played an awesome game through the mid court securing great passage of play.

Probably the most physical opponent we have come across however we will enjoy the bye, regroup and come back firing against Nar Nar Goon.

 D Grade
Despite the cold, misty rain and slippery court, the team embraced the challenging conditions with determination and energy.

The focus was on quick footwork, staying constantly on their toes to keep warm while being ready to pounce on every intercept opportunity.

The girls adapted brilliantly, showing resilience, teamwork and composure throughout the match.

Special congratulations to the Best on Court players, Matilda Feehan and Hollie Kee, whose 'Footloose' feet never stopped moving.

Their agility, relentless defensive pressure and ability to read the play inspired the team and proved invaluable in such testing conditions.

A fantastic team effort all round.

 U17
Phillip Island’s U17s produced a dominant performance at home on Saturday, defeating Inverloch Kongwak.

The Bulldogs were outstanding across the court, with the attacking end simply flawless as they combined beautifully to pile on the goals.

Strong defensive pressure created plenty of turnovers, allowing Phillip Island to control the match from the opening centre pass.

It was a complete team performance, with every player contributing to an impressive four-quarter display.

 U13
Wet conditions made for a slower-paced game, but the girls adapted well and played with great determination.

The defenders worked tirelessly, creating valuable turnovers that were converted into goals, rewarding their hard work and teamwork.

Inverloch began to close the gap during the third quarter, but the girls remained composed, stuck to the game plan, and responded with confidence.

In the final quarter, the attack found another gear, scoring 10 goals with fast, accurate ball movement and strong finishing.

It was a fantastic team performance, with every player contributing to a well-earned victory.
