Netball – game on - C Grade

After the Easter bunny came and a few of the girls enjoyed some time away, they were eager to get back on court and play in the Anzac spirit.

The whistle was blown, and Inverloch didn’t waste any time pumping a few goals in.

The Bulldog girls quickly switched on and were ready to put up a fight.

Karina the ballerina and pinging Poppy were quick to kick into action, intercepting the ball left right and centre.

Tenacious Tori was doing well to stop the attacking end from an easy set play.

Running Rose was doing what she does best, zipping up the court and feeding beautifully into the ring.

Rapid Rachael didn’t stop, some would think she had supersonic speed – one minute she was one place and the next at the ball.

Our bouncing Bell and nippy NI-Kki had to work hard to get the ball but made the most of their opportunities when they had it, they’re a duo that keep the atmosphere fun for the whole team.

Joyful Jodes kept the positivity up on the sidelines despite the score board.

The reigning premiers showed why they deserved the cup last year taking a convincing win.

Well done to Karina and Tori who took out best on court.

Phillip Island: 13.

Inverloch-Kongwak: 50.
