U15s struggle against Warragul
Phillip Island: 29 def by Warragul Industrials: 42.
The U15 girls' first quarter was steady where it was goal for goal at each end.
Aish and the girls' U13 recruit Macy Piera settled well, while our mid court's Ellie, Piper and Maisie used the court space well.
The second quarter proved to be tough with Ruby and Matilda trying to shut down the Warragul goalers, however their goalers did not miss a shot all game.
A few changes which included bringing U13 Kate McCausland into the centre allowed for fresh legs, however the Warragul girls were too good in the end.
With four players currently out, they were able to bring Macy and Kate up from the U13s who proved they were up to playing at this level.
