Island v Cora Lynn
Quarter one - A tough first quarter saw both sides fighting equally hard, with the Island being down by two.
It became very clear that the defensive pressure would need to be maintained and each player had a big job in front of them.
Quarter two - All the Island players were determined to prove themselves as a team, with exceptional team moral, encouraging through each move together.

Quarter three - With some much-welcomed sunshine in the third quarter, the Island girls defensive pressure shut down several attempts for goals by Cora Lynn and the mid courters used several manoeuvres, while continuing to deliver the ball to our goalers to score further.

Quarter four- Finally, the girls took an excellent lead, making it very difficult for their opponents to regain any chance of winning and eventually they lost traction.
Best on court went to Tilly McKenna and Lily Mewett.
