On November 13, the Kernot Hall will come alive with art and music, as the Landcare Art Prize holds its opening night.
The Landcare Art Prize, curated by local artist Janice Orchard, is onto its third year, and growing steadily.
Previous years have seen hundreds of artworks from a wide range of mediums, including painting, printmaking, photography, embroidery, mosaic, sculpture and more.
Entry to the opening night is $20, with all proceeds going to the Bass Coast Landcare Network Public Fund to support environmental projects (exhibiting artists receive free entry).
Attendees will enjoy nibbles and drinks, as well as live music from the very talented Imogen Price, as they stroll through rows of exceptional local art from both experienced and emerging artists.
All pieces are for sale, so take this opportunity to find a stunning new piece of art for your wall.
Doors open at 7pm, with prizes to be awarded at 8pm. Tickets are available online at www.trybooking.com/au/event/1644266 or at the door.
The show will be open to the public via gold coin entry on Saturday November 14 and Sunday 15 from 10am to 4pm.
